Anything special about that user? How are they connected to your Exchange
server? Have their permissions to the Free/Busy folder been removed? -- -Ben- Ben M. Schorr, MVP Roland Schorr & Tower http://www.rolandschorr.com http://www.officeforlawyers.com/outlook.htm Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook 2007: http://tinyurl.com/ol4law-amazon "Lboulter" wrote in message ... When trying to schedule a meeting I am using the scheduling assistant, I put the attendee's names in the list but their schedule won't show up. I only see the "hash marks" with the message - No free/busy information could not be retrieved. This only happens with 1 user, everyone else can see the information. How do we fix it? |
