Currently time can be marked as free, tentative, busy or out of office. I
frequently see the need for a "working remotely" status. This would mean you're not at your desk but you are working. It would be great for people who travel frequently or work at home. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Use tentative and a descriptive keyword or phrase to prefix the subject. Ie
"Working from home" - if available for calls, Use "Available for Calls" and set it as tentative. Tentative allows the appointment to come up in Free/busy and others will know you are available. If they make appointments with you, set them as busy so others can't overbook you. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: How many email accounts are in your main Outlook profile? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=36602 "AVA" wrote in message ...
