I am trying to prevent emails with attachments from being sent to the wrong person accidently. I need a way to have outlook scan the attachment for the email address of the recipient. The attachment would be a word document, text file, or excel file with the first page or row having the client's name and address. Is there a way to do this in outlook before it would allow the document to be sent? I would like to have it where when clicking the send button that a box would come up if the recipients’ email address was not in the attachment. I am a basic user of outlook so I do not know much about COMs.
