Until last week(6/23/2008)week, I was able to connect to my primary
hotmail account through Outlook 2007 with Outlook Connector. Now I cannot send or receive email with that hotmail account through Outlook 2007 with Outlook Connector. A second hotmail account works fine sending and receiving email through the connector and Outlook 2007. Browser access to the primary email account is fine. No apparent errors in Outlook send/receive log now. There were errors last week about not being able to connect to the account, but they are no longer there. |

Mine has stopped working suddenly too. I tried to remove my hotmail account from the Outlook 2007 and recreate the same again. However it does not work. I'm having the same problem, and it just started today. I have 2 msn

Mine quit on 7/22/08. The Status shows "connecting" continuously. I tried
to start a chat support session, but the MS support system keeps telling me the Product ID is not valid. It is, I promise you, the Product ID shown in the About Outlook Connector window. I still can send, but no new email is received in outlook. Any solution? Exactly the same situation, right down to the server status giving a
continuous "connecting". Rebooted several times but still no joy. I also attempted to start a chat session but the PID was not accepted. I had same problem. There is a new version of Outlook Connector that you
need to download. I believe the date is 7/23/2008. Everything worked fine after I installed the new update. This has happened before and there does not seem to be an automatic update for connector....you just have to keep looking for new updates. Hope this helps..
