Default Live Search Maps Add-In for Microsoft Office Outlook

I am running stand alone Outlook 2007. I am also running Office 2007 Home &
Student on Windows Vista Home Premium. Dell Dimension E521.

About 2 months ago, I installed Live Search Maps Add-In for Microsoft Office
Outlook and could not get it to work. Apprx. 2 weeks ago I uninstalled and
downloaded install file again and reinstalled. It worked one time, really
fast. I have not been able to get it to work again. I'm confident I am
using it correctly. I read the help file, I have my home location set,
Location field carries over, I checked Send travel info with meeting invite
and click on Get directions. The Get direction button grey's out and nothing
happens. I've let it sit up to 30 minutes. I have also gone to the
"Instert" tab and clicked on Map & directions with no result.

Is anyone else having these issues?

I ran Office diagnostics which showed no problems.

This is a really cool feature and I would really like to use it. Please help.

I have had the same problem, it works for a bit then for some unknown reason
it crashes outlook if I go to my calendar or try to add/view/edit an
appointment. Hopefully someone has a fix for this because I agree it is a
very useful feature.
