Thanks, got it.

Never, ever overwrite a PST file. Microsoft has provided very specific
instructions on how to migrate to another PST file, which I already
posted.

Thanks, found it.

2nd comment/question-
It appears all I have to do is "copy" the outlook.pst file and save on
the other system.
Since I already have a .pst file on the other system,(I started to enter
contacts manually) is all I have to do is copy over/replace the old one?
Can I just e-mail the .pst file to the other system. One system is at
work, the other home. OR should I burn to cd and replace?

Thanks,

L.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all
the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm
http://www.howto-outlook.com/Howto/backupandrestore.htm
