After furious head scratching, Candie asked:

| We just recently noticed that in Outlook 2003, when inviting people
| to a meeting, if your mouse is over the "blue" line displaying that
| they are busy during a specific time, it will display the subject of
| what the meeting is about (information from the other person's
| calendar). Is there a way to disable that function?
