Default How to change the text color of the subject field of an appointmen

automatic formatting rules print in table view - not sure about labels. If
the label or autoformatting colors aren't printing for you, then it's not
possible to print the subjects in color.

background colors typically don't print to save ink.

I use Outlook 2003.In calendar I want the appointments to print in pale
colors. I can label the appointments in color but the text remains black.
I am aware that I can change the color of the details/info section of the
appointment. But clicking on the subject field greys out the color option.
Also, why does the background color not print or even print preview?
