If they have been downloaded, and you did'nt select keep copy on server,
then I dont believe you can, other than by resending them to yourself. But
then why keep a copy on the web interface?

i was tinkering with outlook and webmail and managed to get all my
emails
from webmail to go into outlook so there is nothing in webmail

Is there a way to reverse this whole proccess so everything was like

was
