Default merging contact lists

If you created two separate folders, why do they contain duplicates?
Just move the contents of one folder into the other. If you think you'll
have duplicates, then run a duplicate checker:

We have Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6735) sp3. The main Contacts list contains
probably 200 or so entries. Below that is another contact list with a
different name, containing a hundren or so entries. I want to merge the
two
lists into one without losing any of the entries and eliminate any
duplicates.

Usually. What do you mean by "contact lists" and what is your version of
Outlook?

Is it possible to merge information contained in multiple contact lists
into
one list? If so, how? Thanks.
