Default When swapping timezones, each ALL DAY event now crosses 2 days.

The only fix is to not use all day events or not change the time zone.

When swapping time zones, each ALL DAY event now crosses two days, ore one
additional day if the event was originally more than one day.

I need to communicate a resource calendar to a different time zone, so I
snag a picture of the screen. I need to change the time zone in order for
the times to appear correctly to the end user, but I need to change back
to
my time zone after taking the screen shot. Each time I do this I have to
go
back and alter EACH all day event TWICE.

Anybody have a fix?
