Default Getting MAPI32.DLL is corrupt...

Thanks Oliver - I simply removed it all and installed everything (2003)
again, and will attempt to do it soon again - and if this arises I will
certainly rename the file and try again. Thanks!

Hi tlc_13200,

you could change the name of this dll file (e.g. MAPI32_old.dll) and then
try the repair function of your Office installation.

I have a copy of Beta 2007 Office, and currently have 2003 on the system. I
went to install the Office 2007 Beta and it somehow corrupted only
Outlook!
The message reads: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is
corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused by installing
other
messaging software. Please reinstall Outlook" Which I have on many
occassions
and nothing. The same error. I have even rebooted and the same error. I
uninstalled 2007 Beta, reinstalled 2003, the same error message arrives.
Even
after a reboot.

Has something been completely corrupted now that the .DLL file can not be
replaced, or is there a way to fix this?
