Default keyboard shortcuts

You can't assign custom keyboard shortcuts to Outlook menus, buttons or
macros, except for using accelerator keys (ALT + menu caption character
that's underlined).

The easiest thing to do would be to rearrange the View - Current View menu
so that it's a top level one (beside Help, for example). Then the user would
have fewer accelerator shortcuts to access a view name. e.g. ALT + C (If the
C in Current View is underlined; you can customize this by changing where the
& appears in the menu name while in customize mode), plus the first letter of
the view name.

We have a staff member who is visually impaired, and cannot use the mouse -
only the keyboard. They use a special software program that reads the screen
to them. In order to view information contained in Outlook public folders we
have had to define a custom view. Rather than apply this view manually to
ever single public folder calendar we have (and perhaps miss future ones), we
would like to create a keyboard shortcut in Outlook so that the staff member
can easily apply the custom view to a currently selected public folder.

Any suggestions on how this could be done, ie. a macro perhaps?
