With the folder list showing, right click the contact in the list, then
right-click and drag it to the Calendar folder. From the context menu choose
"Copy here as appointment with text". Now the new appointment form will have
the contact details filled in to the message area.

I am using outlook contacts, when I have created a contact I can go to the
actions tab & create an appoitment with that contact, however when it creates
the appointment it does not put in the address details, the contact name
appears at the bottom of the appoitment, this means I have to copy & paste
all the contact details so they appear in the subject box and the location,
is ther an easier way to do this or can i get a programme that will do this???
