I updated to OFFICE 2007 BETA and recently uninstalled. I re-installed
OUTLOOK 2003 and now my RULES & ALERTS is missing from the tools menu.

1) Accounts are set up in Outlook
2) I'm using POP accounts
3) I am looking on Outlook's main page
4) My toolbar is showing All Items in View
5) I do have Navigation Pane selected in View


Any insight would be grealy appreciated.
