we are sharing a calendar between two users but find that new appointments
are sent correctly from one machine to the other as emails but they do not
automatically drop in.
when a new appointment is sent the other way it arrives as an email and then
disappears but does nto get put ino the calendar.
Finally if you change an appointment that is not sent out as an email to the
other PC
