You could give the staff permission to your Calendar. Then you can both
synch it and they can view it.
As you haven't provided a verion try Help | Permissions to find the exact
steps to give them permission. Mark things private when you don't want them
to see the details.
If you have 2002 or 2003 - also suggest you look at Group Schedules as a
quick way of viewing Calendar data.
