Yes, the Reply action uses the same published form. She did not receive any
error when she sent the first reply. I did not receive any error when I
replied to the reply. She received the error when she tried to reply to my
reply. I hope this isn't to confusing.

So, the Reply action uses the same published form? And you're getting this error when you reply to the reply?

We are using the same form and replying back and forth but the second time
they tried to reply they received an error message stating that the form
could not be loaded/displayed. I have the actions tab set to reply using the
form that I created -- there is no code (that I am aware of) following the
form.

What happened when they tried to reply a 2nd time? Does the form that you used to send the original message have any code behind it? Have a custom reply form on the (Actions) page?

I sent out a form to a user via Outlook 2003 (the form is published on our
Organizational forms library) - they were able to send a reply (no. 1) within
the origional form. I then replied back to them within the same form (no.
2). They were unable to reply back within the same form a second time (no.
3). Is there a limit to how many times you can reply within the same form?
What may cause the issue?
