Default I'm having trouble to receive instant mail.

In addition to what Diane said, your send/receive interval should never be
less than 10 minutes, especially if you have multiple accounts active.

Setting the polling interval too short can cause multiple copies of mail
being downloaded, damage your send/receive settings and/or damage your mail
profile causing you to have to create a new one.

After furious head scratching, =[ATIX]= KILLERBOY asked:

| I have Microsoft Office 2003 which I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 for my
| e-mail, what I want to configure is when someone sends me an e-mail I
| want to receive it right away, I know there is an option for that. At
| my work we use Outlook 2003 for e-mail and when someone sends me an
| e-mail I receive it right away it doesn't need to wait until it scans
| for new mail. Say you're going to send me an e-mail and once you send
| it I should receive it right away instead of waiting a minute or so
| for Outlook to scan for new mail, the only option I could find and
| have it activated is TOOLS/OPTIONS/MAIL SET UP/SEND'RECEIVE and I
| have the "SCHEDULE AN AUTOMATIC SEND/RECEIVE EVERY 1 MINUTE" box
| checked.
|
| Thaks.
