In addition to what Diane said, your send/receive interval should never be
less than 10 minutes, especially if you have multiple accounts active.
Setting the polling interval too short can cause multiple copies of mail
being downloaded, damage your send/receive settings and/or damage your mail
profile causing you to have to create a new one.

| have it activated is TOOLS/OPTIONS/MAIL SET UP/SEND'RECEIVE and I
| have the "SCHEDULE AN AUTOMATIC SEND/RECEIVE EVERY 1 MINUTE" box
