Default I'm having trouble to receive instant mail.

I have Microsoft Office 2003 which I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 for my
e-mail, what I want to configure is when someone sends me an e-mail I want to
receive it right away, I know there is an option for that. At my work we use
Outlook 2003 for e-mail and when someone sends me an e-mail I receive it
right away it doesn't need to wait until it scans for new mail. Say you're
going to send me an e-mail and once you send it I should receive it right
away instead of waiting a minute or so for Outlook to scan for new mail, the
only option I could find and have it activated is TOOLS/OPTIONS/MAIL SET
UP/SEND'RECEIVE and I have the "SCHEDULE AN AUTOMATIC SEND/RECEIVE EVERY 1
MINUTE" box checked.

Thaks.

What version of Outlook are you using or are you talking about Instant
Messaging? If IM, then ask in an MSN group or one for your IM software.
This group supports Microsoft Outlook from Microsoft Office suite.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
