Default When exporting calendar, no folder options are displayed
Outlook 2003 Calendars... OK, I have exported calendars to Excel before -
every semester in fact. But now!!!

I am looking at my calendar. I click File Import and Export Export to a
file Microsoft Excel and nothing - no list of folders to export from. In
fact, I can export to a .pst, but no other file type.
