I was able to get the text in the message body down to this:
The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link
attachments:
Address Book Share JP.txt
The warning was removed following the directions (near the bottom) given
in
this Microsoft KB article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/327010/en-us
A Windows or IE group would be another place to ask the question.
