If you type in the times manually, e.g., 3p for 3:00, and then tab out of
the field, does it work afterwards?

After furious head scratching, Kay asked:

| When I go to schedule a new appointment I have a problem with the

| on the arrow for the drop down for either the calendar and/or time
| comes up but when I move the mouse down to pick and date/time the
| drop down choices (calendar and times) disappear and I can't pick
