when are future recurring meeting invitations sent to invitees
What Brian said.
You can always set the reminder in your original invitation for a 5 day
before reminder. Simply type 5d in the reminder window.

After furious head scratching, Bill Gill asked:
| Is there a way to enter recurring future meetings, with a notification
| specification, so that the notiifications are delayed in send out
| until the specified time prior to each meeting? For example, if the
| meetings are regular monthly meeting (say, the second Thursday of
| each month) and invitations are to be sent five days prior to the
| meeting, so that when I enter the recurring series today (Feb 18) the
| noification for the March meeting is sent 5 days prior to the March
| meeting, not now; the invitation for the April meeting is sent 5 days
| prior to the April Meeting, not now; and so on, across the entire
| span of the recurring meetings?
