Right click drag & drop the contact record on to the Calendar and choose
Copy here as Appointment with Text.

Can someone please tell me how I can get contact name to show on the
calendar when I set and appointment? When the calendar synchronizes with

pocket PC it does not let me know who I have the appointment with.
