Default Incoming messages didn't didn't go to my INBOX

I suspect you didn't download them and that it was an ISP issue. You can
use Edit | Find Message and then set it to start in Local Folders and
include subfolders and then search for all messages after a certain date.
That should find them if they are in the message store.

Also make sure you have it set in whatever folder to View | Current View |
Show all messages.

For a period of about 10 hours yesterday, incoming messages (that usually
go
to my INBOX) went somewhere else. I saw the window pop up that shows how
many messages are ready to be downloaded (43 ). They usually count down
but
this time the countdown line seemed to disappear quickly. I tried a few
times but there were no more messages to be downloaded. I went online to
my
ISP's mail website (Charter.net) and looked at my email account, which
showed there were no messages in queue. This confirmed that they were
indeed sent to my computer.

About 10 hours later I was able to download messages normally again, there
was the countdown and they all showed up in my INBOX.

Assuming these messages are somewhere on my computer, and possibly in my
OE6
folders, is there a way to look for them that doesn't involve opening up
the
100+ email folders I have.
