If I delete the sender from the Blocked Sender's list it simply reappears?

Are you asking, or telling? If it is reappearing, Blocked Senders may be
corrupt.

1.. Close OE and then In Regedit, navigate to this key:

|--HKEY_CURRENT_USER
|-----Identities
|--------{GUID}
|-----------Software
|--------------Microsoft
|-----------------Outlook Express
|--------------------5.0

where GUID is the Global Unique IDentifier for your Identity.

2.. Under that key, you will find the following sub-keys, among
others:

|-----------------------Block Senders
|-----------------------Rules
|-----------------------Signatures

Select the Block Senders Key and delete it. Blocked Senders will be empty,
but you can rebuild it now.

Using Firefox 3.5.7 and Outlook Express 6. Suddenly I find a particular
email message in the deleted file and the sender of that message on the
Blocked Sender's List. I have not created any message rule to cause this.
If I delete the sender from the Blocked Sender's list it simply
reappears?
