Question Outlook 2010 - customize subject for meetingrequest

Hi,

sending a appointment using Outlook 2010 I can add a room as a recipient.
The room is associated with a eMail. For these specific room-eMail I want to extend the subject (sample: 5x coffee).

Well, it is no possible to extend the subject für one recipient. I am looking for a another way to solve these problem.

My idea was:

Check on sending the appointment if a room is in the list of recipients.
If one is found remove it from the recipient list. Create a extra appointment only with the room as a recipient and extend the subject.

If I will try to solve it these way, I will have the effect, that the original appointment is not associated with the extra appointment.

What do you think how these problem can be solved?

Another question:
Selecting the room in the appointment I see, that the room belongs to the department "Ressource". How can I check, if the one of the recipients is a "Ressource".
Is the only way to make a string-compare on the name (sample: RoomABC) to check if it is a ressource?

Thank you

Christian
