Default outlook express settings help

Hi,
The settings are the same in both. Outlook express and explorer.
Anything else I can try?
I also called verizon dsl help support. They said contact the
manufacter(DELL). They want c240.00 dollars for software support now.

Check it. Also put a check in Ask before switching dial up connections.
Make sure it took in IE's Internet Options under Connections as well.
