I categorized each of my contacts like this:

Category A Designer Architect Designer
Category B Portugal Spain Spain


Now, what I would like to do is send and e-mail to every Designer from
Spain.

If I filter the contacts by categories Designer and Spain these three
contacts are shown because the filter user an OR, instead of an AND

I've considered using distribution lists but I have the same problem.

Any suggestions?

Version of Outlook?
Create the filter, use the SQL tab and change OR to AND.
