Restart Outlook using the /resetnavpane switch (see
http://outlooktips.net/switch if you need help using switches) - it will
reset all shortcuts on the navigation pane so you might want to live with
it. Or hide them - http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2007/20070109.htm
