Ken,
I am attempting this in VBA in Outlook. I have already searched your
suggestions and have found some code that is a base that I will try to use.
But since I am new to this I will probably have a lot of trial and ERROR. So
I was hoping for a kindly person to post some tested code that does this.
Thanks,

I'm sure there are probably samples for this, in whatever language you
intend to use for whatever version of Outlook you intend to use. You might
want to search on www.outlookcode.com or Google.

Is there already some code out there to do this? I want to export a CSV
file
from another system that I programmed. It would have the comma seperated
fields for an appointment and the user name of the outlook user on
exchange.
There may be multiple users with multiple appointments as they are our
tech
support people.
Thanks for any help.
