Default Creating a New Calendar the Synchronizes

Hi Brain Tillman,

Thank you. How come the new Profiles which are created are stored in
your Default Documents folder? Would not the Folder or Profile be created
within the Outlook Folder in your User ID, if you are using Windows XP Home
Edition Service Pack3? Can you change the location?

I just like to create new Profiles for each new Year. Makes backing up
the Store Folders easier from one location.

I know with Outlook Express, you can have Identities and multiple
Store Folders in Identities for Outlook Express.

How do you create multiple Identities or Profiles in Outlook? I do not
know.

Open the Mail applet in Control Panel and click Show ProfilesAdd to add
another profile. Profiles do not equal accounts, though, so keep that in
mind. You can have multiple data stores with a single account and a
single profile, multiple accounts with multlple profiles, or any
combination thereof.
