How do you create multiple Identities or Profiles in Outlook? I do not
know.

Open the Mail applet in Control Panel and click Show ProfilesAdd to add
another profile. Profiles do not equal accounts, though, so keep that in
mind. You can have multiple data stores with a single account and a single
profile, multiple accounts with multlple profiles, or any combination
thereof.
