Hi DL,
I have a stupid question. How do I get to the properties to find the path
to my pst files. I forgot to mention that I am blind and use a screen
reader. I don't use a conventional mouse. Is there any easy way to view
the properties? thanks for any help.

Within Outlook, Personal Folders, rt click, Properties.....check the path
And since you upgraded, also check what it states in Format, if it states
97 - 2002 there are some other things you need to do.

Only if you have made sure your current Outlook profile isn't using any
of them.

Hi All,
I am using outlook 2003. I updated it from outlook 2000. I noticed on
my hard drive that there are several mailbox.pst files. Are these
leftovers from outlook 2000? Can I delete them if outlook 2003 doesn't
need them? Thanks for any help.
