Default Nightshift workers and Calendar

They know that some would like the ability to work with shifts but they have
not yet made it work.

You can certainly schedule appointments that start in the afternoon and end
the next day - but as far as making the beginning of the work day in the
afternoon and end the next day, its not possible.

Has MS worked out that a whole load of Calendar users worldwide are being
inconvenienced by being unable to start their calendar day at night and
end
it in the morning of the following day yet? And has there been anything
done
about it yet?
