Regardless, I do see a lot of people complain - they use a table view and a
quick glance puts the day name in focus, not the times -

The solution is to put the duration field in the view -
Event Mon 7/21/2009 12:00 AM Tue 7/22/2009 12:00 AM 1 day

On a meeting request the "All Day" option displays on the recipient's
calendar as starting at 12:00 a.m. on Monday and Ending at 12:00 a.m. on

I don't see how anyone can be confused by this. If the ending time is
12:AM Tuesday, clearly it can't be at any time later than that, which
means it can't be on Tuesday.
