MS Outlook Express does not include a native spam filter, so all email in
the Hotmail Inbox is downloaded unfiltered. If you set the Hotmail "Junk"
filter to the lowest setting, you will get most, but not all, spam
unfiltered to your Inbox, and it will download through the POP3 setting. I

OE once had this supposedly. BlueMountain raised a legal stink about it
so it was removed. Pieces of it may still exist...
