Thanks. I did take a look at the admin templates in Group Policy for Outlook
previously, but couldn't find the specific function. Actually, the only
configurable option is "Polling OOF Web service".

Possibly. I'm locked down in a domain I don't control at the moment, but
I'd look at http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/policies.htm to see if there
is a policy that will help.
