Holding the CTRL button while pressing the Signatures... button in Tools-
Options...- tab Mail Format will also open the Signatures folder; saves you
from browsing to it ;-)

Where do you get stuck following the path on your new computer?
If the Signatures folder doesn't exist, you can create it manually or
have
it created by Outlook by creating a "dummy" signature and delete
afterward
(either via Outlook or when you go to the folder).
