Are you than sure that you are not one of those special persons that got
from your administrator a connection on a 1Gb port?

My expirience is that the time to get the startup information from Exchange
server seems sometimes to be endless, while for persons who never clean up
there folders in the pubs (or have very long address lists) it is even
longer.
