Default Import email list in excel file

You basically have 2 choices:

#1 - Review "Named Ranges" in the Excel help file and apply as required
OR
#2 - save your worksheet as a CSV file and import that file into Outlook
instead (fastest route to your destination)

Regardless of which choice you make - be sure to manually map your fields
(or at least verify what Outlook has mapped for you depending on the field
names in use in your Excel file).

Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it...
I have a long list of emails in an Excel 2003 file and want to add them to
my contacts in Outlook 2007. I have tried using the import function but I
keep getting a message saying the excel file has 'no named ranges' and to
'Use Excel to name the range of date to be imported'. I'm not sure what
this
means.
