Did it ever occur to you that the OP may be trying to help this person? You
can't "set up" OE to be missing the menu options in question.

Maybe it is set up the way the owner wants it or maybe not. But still
if someone does not like the way MY system is set up they DO NOT
change it to the way THEY want it because IT IS MY SYSTEM not theirs.
