Did you change your password lately? If you did, properly you have cache
password saved so try to clear it

1. Start - Run
2. rundll32.exe keymgr.dll,KRShowKeyMgr
3. Remove relevant password.

Hi All,

I am using windows xp home sr3 and office 2003. Yesterday I started
getting the message to enter a network password and user name. I usually
run outlook at startup. Today I disabled outlook and didn't get the
message. Is there any way to fix outlook so I don't get that prompt? Any
help would be most appreciated. Thanks
