1: Your Caps-Lock key is stuck.

3: What happens when you try to send? Any error message?

Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to
highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread.

4: Get to Windows Updates ASAP. You are running a very old and less secure
