Hi Experts,

Is this possible with some settings change in outlook to get a message like this or need your help in getting a message like this. What changes should i make in outlook. Please ingnore the company specific words.
I have a one more question, i would like to know why i am getting these additional junk characters like "(=?iso-8859-1?Q?" in my mails. Please advice me something.
