Default Contacts

The "TO:" has the names but not the addresses. I can take each one
indiviualy, right click, add to contacts and will add them. But when I follow
the procedure Microsoft Office does not recognize the name and Check Name
message as follows: "Select the address to use: (No Suggestions)".

Read more carefully. Brian's answer included multiple addresses. If it does
not work for you, post the details that will help us determine why what
works for everyone else doesn't work for you.

I meant to say multiple addresses. I have no problem adding single.

Is it possible to take addresses in the "To:" header directly to a
Distribution list?

This worked for me. Open a new DL and click Select Members. Go to the
message with the addresses, right-click the recipient field, and click
Select
All. Then right-click and select Copy (or press Ctrl-C). Right-click in
the
Members field of the Select Memebers dialogue you have open and choose
Paste.
Click OK.
