I am using Windows E-mail for my e-mails. However, when I want to reply to a
link to an e-mail address (eg. help@whatever), it reverts (?) to Outlook
e-mail and won't let me send message. It says I need a certificate to sent a
message from Outlook e-mail. How do I get it to stop doing that? What is a
certificate for Outlook 2007 and do I have to pay for this certificate? Thank
