Default Loss Of The Views Bar

Unfortunately -- and I am pro-Microsoft...

They have been going downhill ever since Bill Gates left the bridge.

Now that you have finally explained properly what you were
yattering on about, I checked it out and found that I had set it
at "Show All Messages" and then "hid" it by unchecking it.
Totally useless bar for MY useage IMHO. I still like OE over
Live Mail which I regard as a workable but inferior replacement.
Much of Microsoft's software in the last five years has been
inferior to what was issued in the past.

No...

I'm afraid you are confused.

We are talking about a unique VIEWS BAR here.

A very useful bar in OUTLOOK EXPRESS...

View Layout Views Bar...

Now why don't you have something simple and sweet like that in
OUTLOOK?

Outlook has a very useful views command and the ability to
create hundreds of custom views - its on the advanced toolbar
and also on the views menu.
