Catagories
You might check your Addins, Outlook itself doesn't add a time stamp to the
notes field when you edit a contact.

which has in the notes field december 17, 2008 and the time I moved it. I

remove them one at a time but would like to know how to turn this feature
off
for the future and if there is a quick way to remove all the entries in
the
notes field.
